Photography Consent Release:
Your child may have photographs taken during activities which may be used in promotional material and publicity in
conjunction with the programmes of Bushido Martial Arts, including its website. Please select one of the options below to either give your child permission for this or not and we will alert those running the classes to your wishes. However, it is difficult to ensure an individual is not included by error in team or action shots
